Brendan Beder, after completing a BA.LL.B in Johannesburg, worked in a law practice for over four years before coming to London where he obtained a Master of Laws Degree at the University of London. He specialised in Immigration and Nationality Law and is currently one of a limited number of individuals who holds this qualification. He also worked in a London law practice where he specialised in UK Immigration Law.
Mr Beder is also an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners' Association, International Bar Association and Association of Estate Agents. He writes extensively on Immigration issues and frequently speaks at international conferences and seminars.

Aisha Choudhry is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
After completing an LL.B degree at the University of Westminster, she went on to obtain an LL.M Degree at the University of London where she obtained a qualification in Comparative Immigration and Nationality Law. She subsequently successfully completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London where she specialised in UK Immigration Law and Family Law. She possesses invaluable experience in the field of UK Immigration Law gained during her time working for 2 leading firms of UK Immigration Solicitors. She also worked for a two year period at the Citizens Advice Bureau where her work included UK Immigration Law issues. She has an extensive knowledge of commercially related Business Immigration Law matters under Tiers 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the new UK Immigration Points Based System.
